90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

These Terms & Conditions govern Uxia’s 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (the “Guarantee”). By subscribing to any eligible Uxia monthly paid plan, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is available exclusively to new customers who purchase any Uxia monthly paid subscription plan (“Eligible Plan”), except Custom Plans.The Guarantee applies only to subscriptions paid on a monthly basis and does not apply to annual plans, add-ons, Custom Plans, or promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Guarantee Period

The Guarantee covers the first ninety (90) consecutive days from the initial subscription activation date (“Guarantee Period”).To qualify, the subscription must remain active and paid for the full three consecutive months without interruption.

3. Conditions for Refund

A customer may request a refund if, after actively using the Uxia product for the full Guarantee Period, they are not satisfied with the service.

To be eligible for a refund, the customer must:

  • Have completed three (3) consecutive monthly payments.

  • Demonstrate reasonable and good-faith use of the product during the Guarantee Period, which includes completing a minimum of five (5) tests per month, for a total of at least fifteen (15) tests over the three-month period.

  • Comply with Uxia’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy throughout the Guarantee Period.

  • Provide a clear, honest, and specific explanation of the reasons for dissatisfaction.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request under the Guarantee, the customer must follow this procedure:

  1. Contact Uxia by email at hello@uxia.app to formally request the money-back guarantee.

  2. Upon request, Uxia will provide a set of questions or a refund request form, which must be fully and accurately completed by the customer in order to process the request.

  3. After reviewing the submitted information, the customer must participate in a brief call with a member of the Uxia team to share feedback, explain their experience, and allow Uxia to better understand the reasons for dissatisfaction.

Uxia reserves the right to schedule the call within a reasonable timeframe and to request additional information if necessary to properly assess the refund request.

5. Refund Scope

If approved, the refund will cover the subscription fees paid for the first three (3) months of the Eligible Plan only. Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or third-party payment processing fees may be excluded from the refund where permitted by law.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

The Guarantee does not apply in cases of:

  • Abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

  • Failure to meet the minimum usage requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

  • Violation of Uxia’s Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

  • Failure to reasonably engage with the product, documentation, or onboarding resources.

  • Refund requests submitted after the Guarantee Period has expired.

Only one (1) refund may be granted per customer or organization.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible and processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the policies and timelines of the payment provider.

8. Right to Refuse or Modify

Uxia reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms & Conditions.Uxia also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee at any time, provided that such changes do not affect refund requests already submitted and accepted.
